Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form the End User License Agreement between you and Reptor ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Reptor app. By downloading, installing, or using Reptor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Reptor is an independent app and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple or Google.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Reptor for your own personal, non-commercial workout tracking. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Reptor Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (billed monthly or annually) and, where available, as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and the current billing period are shown at the point of purchase before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play) account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their respective policies; we cannot issue store refunds directly.

Not Medical Advice

Reptor is a workout tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, and nothing in the app — including any workout, program, or exercise suggestion — is a substitute for professional medical guidance. Talk to a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, injury, or health concern.

Assumption of Risk

Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury, including serious injury and, in rare cases, death. By using Reptor you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily choose to assume them. You are solely responsible for judging your own fitness level, using proper form, and stopping if something feels wrong.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Reptor, its developer, and affiliates from liability for ordinary negligence in connection with your use of the app — for example, injury resulting from following a suggested program or exercise. This release does not cover, and nothing here waives, liability for gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct, or any other claim that cannot be released under applicable law.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the equipment, environment, and technique you use while training. Reptor cannot see or supervise your workouts — use good judgment, warm up appropriately, and don't attempt weights or movements beyond your current ability.

No Warranty

Reptor is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any program or calculation (e.g. suggested weights, 1RM estimates, plate math) will be accurate for your situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reptor and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Your use of Reptor is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used. Please review it at https://reptorlog.com/privacy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post any changes on this page with an updated date. If a change materially affects the waiver, disclaimer, or liability terms, you'll be asked to review and accept the updated terms again inside the app before continuing to use it. Continued use of Reptor after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
