Find your next training plan
Open Plan to see followed programs, favorites, program browsing, exercises, and saved workouts. Browse built-in strength, hypertrophy, powerlifting, and Low Volume HIT programs, or create a program of your own.
Search, filter, and compare
Search by program name, description, credited source, or an exercise you want to train. Use Filters for schedule, difficulty, training style, progression type, origin, and equipment compatibility. Related variants share a program-family entry so you can compare their schedules before choosing.
Built-in programs identify Reptor Originals and adaptations with source credits. Read a program’s details rather than assuming two similar names have the same progression rules.
Preview before joining
Inspect the training days and equipment before enrolling. Percentage-based programs ask for missing lift maxes before starting; read whether the program uses a training max or a one-rep max. Suitable existing workout history can help estimate starting weights.
Joining creates an enrollment that tracks the next training day. Review the next session from Train or your program card. Completion applies the authored program’s progression rules; merely opening a preview does not advance it.
Switch without losing your place
Free follows one active program at a time. Switching retains your previous program’s progress; Pro supports multiple active programs. Variants within a family track progress separately, and switching variants asks for confirmation.
A program’s prescribed progression and adaptive coaching are different paths. Choose a built-in program when you want its authored rules, or Pro coaching for a plan informed by optional feedback.
Match your equipment
Open Settings → Equipment Profiles to describe what you have at home or at the gym. Activate the relevant profile before browsing or joining. Compatibility checks and alternative exercises help when a prescribed movement does not fit your equipment; review and choose the substitution.
Build your own
Use the app’s editors for programs and saved workouts. Templates are reusable individual sessions; programs organize training days and progression. Free supports up to three saved workout templates.
